Lightbulb Can Natural Lucid dreamers depend on how your Brain is Wired?

Some people have been saying that Natural Lucid dreamers are that way because they learned to be lucid dreamers since childhood, perhaps using nightmares or creativity to get to that ability.

But people also say no matter what age you can learn to be lucid dreamers. Sure some of us practice but only get lucky once in a while and mostly nothing.

Could it be then that it depends on what kind of brain a person has? Since we all have brains that are wired in different ways.

The brain is not a static thing (luckily!) and the limitations on it are not permanent. Developing lucidity is a skill like building a muscle, it takes work, it takes rewiring, it takes expanding your mind.

So no I do not believe that as a natural dreamer my brain is better at lucid dreaming in a way that is unobtainable to someone that is not a natural. I simply believe my personality predisposed me to follow a lucid path earlier on.

Do not underestimate the benefits that come from years (decades?) of being interested in dreams and actively working on the development of lucidity. The other trait that a lot of very frequent lucid dreamers have is confidence, and a positive attitude.
