Of course I throw in lots of 5HTP (at beginning of night to cause rem suppression)
then Melatonin and B6 every 90 min thru the night
tossing in a good bit of Insomnia, but when ever I actually get back to sleep near the wake up time and then sleep thru it
I generally have a good chance of Lucid dream like 2+ per weekend atm

(I also toss in some DHEA some nights)

So my version mostly depends on the fixed wake up time, lots of sleep (or supposed sleep, ie. sleep cycles even if 2 or 3 or just insomnia), and sleeping in past the wake up time to increase to huge likelihood (like 65% chance per weekend night) of trigger
Just watch out from desenthisization. Don't take supplements more than once or twice a weak! I just want your safety ôuô
I fill my heart with fire, with passion, passion for what makes me nostalgic. A unique perspective fuels my fire, makes me discover new passions, more nostalgia. I love it.

I take them every cycle. Why take em 7 days a week when you can take them seven times a night

at least the Melatonin and B6
(derivative of B6 has super long half life so don't over do it will cause nerve damage)
B6 has no desensitization (it just aids recall)

btw I just woke up forgetting my dream, and thinking I didn't forget a good one did I, I didn't forget a Lucid, then the Lucid came back and it was a very good one. (also came back 4 other dream segments) the Lucid and one other that followed it were false awakenings, can't belive I missed the second false awakening as I detected the first (woke up to my dead father throwing junk in my room, then he began to look pretty damn good for a dead guy in fact he began to look a bit like Kevin Sorbo) I held up my hand to show him he was dead then went outside and flew towards the closest DCs (my dream censor... er um eraser... must have cleaned up... er um erased the rest... yea yea that's the ticket I don't remember a thing )

People are always telling Me I take too much Melatonin but I take lots of the 10Mg (5fast acting 5slow acting)
its half life is super short tho (I don't take it for sleep but for Vividness) if you want to sleep take .3mg or 1mg or 1.5mg or 3mg fast acting
if you want vividness take 10mg times 5 or more
      so far tonight I have had 7 x 10mg
(warning females should not use high dose Melatonin because of their other cycle it will mess you up)

5HTP also doesn't desensitize it makes you sleep for a few hours dreamlesss sleep
but when I ate 300 and 500 one time it not only gave extra insomnia, but at 500 it made me wake from first cycle with intense dream
(it builds up Serotonin in your brain watch out for serotonin syndrome, 500 is way to much so only use 100 or maybe 200 (like I did tonight))

as for the DHEA it does have long term side effects so read about em
so I only use that one once in a while

I am in the zone tho, so I am going to take 10mg more (Melatonin and B6 and a third 25mg of DHEA) and keep on dreaming
      I am feeling lucky
