Hi! I was wondering since I am on winter break how it affects LDing. For example, since we are relaxed, no school, no stress, no waking up early, is that going to help my capacity to LD? Does anyone get more LDs during breaks like this? |

If you always wake up at a fixed time you can take advantage of that to increase lucid dreams |

Sure LUCID DREAMS are all fun and games until someone loses a third eye.
Yup, it'll be a great time to LD! |

I fill my heart with fire, with passion, passion for what makes me nostalgic. A unique perspective fuels my fire, makes me discover new passions, more nostalgia. I love it.

I've found it amazing, because I can sleep longer, and get more dreams, and not have to wake up to an alarm (which makes me forget my dreams a bit). It's been good for my dream journal. I've also not been true to my sleep schedule (well I still go to bed around and wake up at the same time everyday, just not the time I usually do when I have school) yet I still have a lot of dreams and even had a lucid dream around the time I expected. Don't do that, though, a regular sleep schedule is good! |

You bet your sweet . . . . I mean, yes, LDing in general is more fruitful when you've got nothing else to do. And like others have mentioned, the sleeping in, the no stress, and the simple freedom from many difficulties make it much easier to do this thing right. I wish you an excellent break, and many wonderful LDs |

Thank you all! I will definitely try the CAT technique and see how it goes! |

I try a modified version of this, where essentially go to sleep early each night and wake up or at least start day at fixed time |

I take them every cycle. Why take em 7 days a week when you can take them seven times a night |

I kinda forgot about these things, but I'm pretty sure you're taking too much. You should probably read this book (you can find it in PDF): Lucid Dreaming the Power of Suplements. |
