Congrats on the lucid dream and nice going on the length (though I do doubt it was as long as an hour, I don't doubt that it was long). |

So I had just read about cheddar cheese and how it makes you dream of celebrities and I wanted to try it and I ate a slice 30 minutes before bed and to my surprise I had a lucid dream but it was a dream within a dream but I was lucid in the second dream and it was so long about an hour and the most vivid I've had I just ate my cheese so I'll be up for about 20 min then sleep and I'll post my findings tomorrow please if you try this let me know your experiences |

My Lucid Dreaming Motto - "I have walked upon the the surface of a burning star. Observed events so infinitesimal and instantaneous that they can barely be described as having occurred at all. You... you're just a dream character. And this world's most powerful dream character poses no more threat to me than it's smartest cupcake." - Dr. Manhattan (kinda)
Yeah I knew a dream within a dream is an illusion but I'm just saying how if went in the dream but lately I haven't been able to sleep so I can't really update |

When I think of dream within a dream, it has to involve a lucid state... losing lucidity and immediately switching to another dream with or without gaining lucidity. It's like a false awakening. It's just terminology though and I have no attachment to it nor would I say it's an accurate description, but it kind of does the trick to describe being lucid, losing it, and immediately going into a another dream. At least for me it does. |

That's true but I'm not getting much success with the cheese lately lol so I've stopped now but if you try it tell me what happens |

I never knew that eating cheddar cheese was a thing for lucid dreaming lol. |

Lol sinisterdezz but na it's fake about the nightmare it makes you dream of celebrities! |

After reading this thread I did some research and the information about cheese causing you to dream was originally a study put out by a dairy company. Probably rather biased. Blue cheese is said to be more likely to induce dreaming if cheese in fact does help. |

Sinister I found that on Google that's partly why I wanted to check it out |
