Usually I don't try to become lucid, I just let it happen naturally and if I have a lucid dream.... Hoooyaaa! If not, well no biggie. Lately, I have been trying to have more lucid dreams and it is definitely picking up. The problem is that I'm just sooo tired every morning. Since I have been a natural lucid dreamer since childhood, I don't know if this is just a side effect of trying more frequently (like 2 or 3 nights a week) or maybe not at all related. As a youth, I don't recall being this tired from LD's. Anyone have a similar happening or explanation?
