A lucid dream is basically a dream in which you know you are dreaming. You might not be able to control it at first, but it will come with experience. |

Hey everyone my name is Karl and I've been reading about Lucid dreaming the past few weeks. And I was trying hard the past five days to achieve it, but unfortunately my dreams weren't that vivid and lucid. I have read a lot of website's reviews. But I have a misconception about the lucid dreaming, does Lucidity leads to dream control or the opposite ?. Because my dreams aren't that lucid and vivid to make me realize that I'm dreaming, and I'm not able to control my dream either. And everytime I go to bed and I convince myself that I'll lucid dream and I will remember everything it don't work. My dream is like me watching movie or something, even though I remember everything but I can't take control of it. The plot is going on and I can't do anything about it. So what should I do? |

So what should I focus on to reach to the lucid dream quickly ? |

When you are lucid, you are IN the movie, and not just watching it. |

I'm afraid it may take much longer than you anticipate, my friend! |

From what I have read in the websites, they say that I should write my dream before I go to bed,and read it over and over before I fall asleep, is that right or I should just go to bed without writing anything and let my brain decided it?, even though I tried it but it didn't work. And I even remember every single dream that I dreamt the past five days |
