Question I often reality check on my dreams now but...

almost after 1 year training this, now i do reality checks more often in my dreams, but there is a small problem.
The dream vividness don't seem to increase when i'm reality checking and telling myself i'm dreaming.
And it frustrates me because i don't know how to increase it.
      Can someone help in this?

For me, what works is simply paying closer attention to what I see. Look at the dream more closely to bring it into focus.

What Dolphin said. I find that immersing yourself in dream sensations tends to stabilise dreams and increase vividness. Look, touch, listen, smell, taste (if you can). The more attention I pay to my dreams, the sharper they get. The less attention I pay (for instance when I'm thinking about abstract techniques or concepts (like reality checks)), the less sharp and vivid the dream gets and the more likely I am to wake up.

      Just my 2 cents,

In case the first two answers were not enough: for a third time: Pay attention! Change your life to pay attention to and reflect upon the present moment, regardless of your state (waking/dreaming). And practice recalling your experiences.

p.s. Iriba, my how you're progressing! I remember when you were working so hard for your first lucids, now you're doing RCs in dreams more frequently, that's *great*! One year is just a drop in the bucket, keep it up and you'll go far!
