What Dolphin said. I find that immersing yourself in dream sensations tends to stabilise dreams and increase vividness. Look, touch, listen, smell, taste (if you can). The more attention I pay to my dreams, the sharper they get. The less attention I pay (for instance when I'm thinking about abstract techniques or concepts (like reality checks)), the less sharp and vivid the dream gets and the more likely I am to wake up. |

In case the first two answers were not enough: for a third time: Pay attention! Change your life to pay attention to and reflect upon the present moment, regardless of your state (waking/dreaming). And practice recalling your experiences. |
