      DILD

What's the best ways to use Reality Checks during the day to induce DILDs?If i do it randomly then it becomes an obsession and i cant stop it lol. This aint good at all it effects my daily life.
I guess maybe if i relate it to some action and doing it only then would help.
Also, dream journaling daily is supposed to help understanding the nature of dreams(Which it does), in my case all of my dreams are TOO weird but i still cant figure it out ,how can i increase my chances? Thanks !

Try find some dream signs, what do u mostly see in your dreams and waking life? You can use colours also.
You can atleast try use the RCs to your advantage and apply some awareness with it like what is around you or how did you get here. I wish I could have obsessive with RCs. And what kind of RCs work best for you or that you use? Maybe you can do a shorter RCs so it won't interfere with your day.

Even just trying to battle the RCs of you can just question yourself to how did you get to the place you are because you don't necessarily need RCs but also a good understanding of how dreams feel.

Well, you shouldn't focus so much on reality checks. You have to be head over the heels to do a reality check in a dream. The thing is that a reality check is only a method of increasing awareness. You should practice all-day-awareness(search it).It helps you be aware thourghout the day and notice all the small weird things around you. After practicing ADA for a while, you'll be aware without even trying to,and you will notice the weird stuff easily in dreams.Inside a dream, you will most likely notice something weird(lets say, that blue note I left there IS RED or not even there ; the carpet that is always there ISN'T THERE).You should start this whole lucid dreaming thing with this:take some notes(like the ones you can attack to something) and put them around the house(ex:I attached a note to my pc saying CHECK!!! ; in a dream the note wouldn't even be there ; ex2:use a marker and draw an A on one of your hands(EVERYTIME it fades get it back to its original state,so you can see it without trying to much) ; of course,in a dream you wouldn't even have it.This is one of the easiest reality checks.Just check if the A is there;it is nothing embarassing or to humilliate you in public or anything. ex3:carry a bracelet with you ALL the TIME,on your hand; no,you won't have this one either in your dreams. If you have a jacket or anything just try to feel it on your hand, even touch it.If it isn't there, you are dreaming).DON'T FORGET TO KEEP A DREAM JOURNAL or you will not have the ability to remember the dreams(you can use the "awoken" app on the playstore and get it,it has a pretty easy to use dream journal).Hope I was helpful

Yeah journaling is the most important thing. Its been a month now and ive had 5 spontaneous lucid dreams most of them short exept for today, it was longer and i had more control.Ive heard about ADA,gonna have to train on this,my awareness is really low cause im a stressfull person and not observing my surroundings at all.Your idea about the A,ive heard about it pretty cool, maybe ill try this one.
In general,im having DILDs and DEILDs ,and im focusing on my dream recall only now.Today's lucid was very real, although when i woke up the vividness and most of the dream was lost.I guess its poor recall, ill keep working on that.
      Thanks for the replies guys
