Tingling when you realize that you are dreaming?

By two times now, I dreamed that I became lucid, but I was'n t really, it was a part of the dream. It's frustrating, because I think I can't be closer to LD, but passing. What I want to ask is did you ever felt some kinds of tingling in your entire body while realizing that you were dreaming? I know it could be linked to sleep paralysis, but for these two dreams, I felt this each time I began lucid ( fake lucidity in that case... ), and it was the more vivid sensation I ever had in a dream, and my dream didn't stop immediately after. Is it a common sensation when you become lucid, a sign that I'm getting closer? Or just a random element in my opinion of getting lucid? Thanks.

I can say you are getting closer, I had similar experiences more and more frequently and still get them now that I am trying to actively become lucid in dreams.

I get a different sensation to you, I feel like a passenger in the third person to myself in the dream, either behind the eyes or from another perspecttive entirely but I know enough to know I'm dreaming.

It is frustrating but keep your day work up and just in general try and be more aware WHILE you are sleeping if that makes sense. I have found I always become lucid after a FA.

Keep at it and stay positive, I'm sure there are more experienced dreamers here who will correct me if I'm not on target and who will also have their two cents worth to help

It wasn't that frustrating, even these fake awakening makes me growing more and more motivation. And if we can compare our sensations, it seems that I'm just about to get it ! Thanks

Tingling is just a sign of your body getting very relaxed. Or could be one of them, since we don't always feel same sensations or sometimes none at all.

If it was closer to vibration, falling, levitating, moving, turning, or hearing loud wind or noise... these are signs of transition into a dream. Sometimes, mostly after getting up at night to use the restroom, after I get back to bed I can feel vibrations and be half asleep already. It's possible to sometimes be in a dream and somehow feel or hear signs of transition. Experiencing the waking and dream world at the same time.

I see, well I suppose that if I can remember these kinds of transitions, it sounds like a good thing

Reading this again, that sounds more like hypnogogic hallucinations HH than a dream. Normally you can feel HH during transition, but they stop when you enter a lucid dream.

When you feel anything out of ordinary, start doing motionless RCs or just straight up try to stand up into a dream with your dream body. If you are not dreaming, nothing will happen. But if you are, your dream body will stand up and you will realize you are dreaming and become lucid. Good luck.

But even if what you are describing ARE dreams of being lucid, that's a good sign. It means your mind is getting used to the idea of you being aware in a dream and your daytime practice is working.
