Hey guys I want to know how can I stay aware in real life or what is the best reality checks to do for lucid dreaming. I work at a job that require constant moving and it so boring that sometimes I zone and I know this sound crazy but doing reality make it difficult to avoid mistake and sometimes make the job even more boring. I try focusing on my breath, but does that doing any help. I just want to know what the best reality check to do in a busy environment that effective. Thank you! |
