Well the tips mostly depend on what you're currently doing. |

I am having no luck. It has been months since my last (and 2nd) lucid dream. That was placebo. No, matter what I try, nothing works. |

Did you staring at the back of your eyelids continuously all night long while doing a reality check every time you wake up? If so, how long did you try it and how did it work out? If not, maybe give it a try. It works well for me. |

I am trying to use MILD along side just being more aware during the day and when falling asleep. |

Yes, stare at the back of your eyelids as much as possible until you notice an awakening of some sort. Then, do a reality check as soon as you notice the awakening. |
|
Thanks a bunch! I will try this tonight and will let you know how it goes! |
|
Personally, I don't think any lucid dream experience is a placebo. You're progressing, compare yourself back to when you first started. You are better now then you where then. |

Dolphin! No lucids but I had 2 FAs in which I failed to RC because they were so realistic. I actually woke up and wrote stuff down in my dream journal in both FAs. Weirdly, what I wrote in the first FA appeared in the second as well. But on the second one, my dad came in and attacked me with a blow torch xD |

It takes much longer to fall asleep when my mind wanders. When my mind doesn't wander, though, I fall asleep relatively quickly, especially after awakenings. |
|
I know I'm bringing this thread back up but Dolphin. Your method worked! |
|
This sounds like a really promising technique. I'll be pairing it with my MILD and just going to sleep normally. |
