I think stimulants tend to make it harder to achieve lucidity, but alcohol on the other hand increases the frequency of lucid dreams. I often have several the night after I've had a few drinks. Wouldn't recommend drinking for the purpose of inducing lucid dreams since there are so many better and healthier alternatives - but if you're already having a few drinks for other reasons, make the most of it and perform some lucid dreaming techniques that night!

9 lucid dreams last night! That's my 2nd best count ever. My dream control was near perfect too. I decided on where I'd be, who I'd be with, and what I'd be doing *before* the dream even started, and I'd just make the place appear, do the thing I said about feeling the dream scenery until I was actually inside the dream, then do whatever I wanted from there. It was pretty awesome
