Lately I've been having a lot of my LDs fade in and out of darkness. I used to wake up when this would happen but not anymore. I usually either just wait for a new scene to form, imagine a new scene, or touch something. I've had a few dreams where half of the time is spent in total darkness. I'm not sure why this is happening. I'm happy I'm able to stay in the dream. I was thinking I should try to work with it, maybe try singing, meditating, running or asking the dream questions and see if I can get any answers.
I was wondering how often this happens to others and what their experiences of it have been. Is there anything unique you can do in this space? Any ideas why this may be happening more frequently?
