      Question Strange ability???

      Hi everyone,

In recent months I developed strange ability(if I can call it like that). In very relaxed state, just after wake up from sleep without trying any lucid dream techniques. With closed eyes I see images or more like scenes, it's hard to explain. They are very vivid and most of the time, they are moving. I'm not trying to imagine or visualize anything, they just appear random. The ability I'm talking about is in fact "zooming". I can zoom on every detail on the scene, the feeling is like my eyes or vision are moving around.

      For example:
I see a street full of moving people and cars, a newspaper shop, livng buildings (all normal stuff of a street). Now I can zoom at whatever element I get my eyes on. My line of vision is not limited to straight-line. I see that something is moving on the 2nd floor window in opposite building and I'm starting to zoom, my vision is moving slowly through people and cars to the direction of the window(I have two modes:slow zoom, fast zoom 2x,4x,6x). I see a man face, he is moving in the kitchen. I zoom more and now I'm in the room, can look around if I wish. He sat at the table and start reading a newspaper, I get curious about the newspaper and zoom more. Now I can see the articles, but I can't recognize the language. I only saw the date which is roughly five years from now! My focus suddenly colapse and my vision become blank.

what do you think this is? Is it like remote viewing?

Of course there are more examples, even more strange than that!

      The Future is Now

      Hi,

      One more example coming up:

I wake up in the morning, but didn't move. Instead I try to call my zooming ability. I didn't try to visualize or imagine anything, I just totaly emptied my mind. A scene of far away big city at night appeared in front my eyes. The city was full of tall buildings and several skyscrapers. I use fast zoom(2x) several times. There were 3 skyscrapers that took my attention, they were grouped in triangle. Two smaller in front and one taller in the middle behind them. On top of the tallest there were a tower with large metal ring-thing on top of her and something that resemble a man beneath her, so I zoomed futher. The man was looking at me, he said something that I didn't catch, then he point at me with his finger. His face was very serious, he raised his arms toward the sky and say with very loud voice "The Future is Now". The giant ring split to six rings which starting to rotate around each other and emit strange light. When they were rotating fast enough, a big portal appeared with a flash. The portal started to pull me in, like a black hole. Last thing I saw before being sucked in, was the wicked smile of the man.

My vision go black for second and I wake up on the ground. I have a body now and was dressed in some sort of military uniform with vest and helmet. I was holding a submachine gun, I was needed a little more time for all of my senses to catch on. A fellow soldier grab my hand and forcefully raise me on my feets. He said loudly "get a move on soldier, do you want to die like a coward". It was a night and large battle was all around me. There were tanks, choppers, artilery at both sides. Explosion after explosion, bullets flying all around. I don't who or why we were fighting, so I run 15 meters on the side and jump in a shell hole. I started to wonder where the hell I was. I looked at my gun, there was some letters inscribed on him - "H&K MP7A1-XXX". I remembered them and close my eyes with intention to go back. I saw a bright light and clicking noise, in next moment I wake up in my bed. I google the number while still was in my head and the base model of my machine gun showed up H&K MP7 with some modifications.

So what exactly was that, what do you think guys?

Sounds to me like a dream in the third person--I have those sometimes. If you're looking for something other than "it is a dream," you will probably have more luck in the Beyond Dreaming section.

As I said, I was awake the whole time. Only lost myself when was pulled by the portal. When zooming, I have no perception of a body, I just feel my body in the bed(but I have no sleep paralysis).

I'm sure it feels like you're awake, but the only thing it could be is a dream or perhaps a very vivid hallucination. Like I said, though, if you're looking for answers other than "it's a dream" I'm sure you will have luck in the Beyond Dreaming section!

I'm not trying to be obstinate--just pointing out that, since this is a lucid dreaming forum, most people here are going to tell you it was a dream.

      Good luck!

Haha, this is a very, very nice skill! What you’re basically doing is visualization immersion. You let go, and immerse into a very detailed place. It’s like a dream, but check this. You are able to make it so that you can access this state WHENEVER!! HOW COOL IS THAT! INDUCING LUCID DREAMS AT WILL!

I can do this, and i’d have to say you are well on your way to cultivating this ability. The only thing you need to do is focus on letting go during waking hours, and meditate (which helps with clearing your mind, as you say). Letting go, letting go, letting go. That’s the mantra, focus on letting your waking body fade out of your awareness and your consciousness slowly fading into the dream world. Your mind will know exactly what to do, as soon as you let go. You do this with a trance-state, more often than not. I’ll be making a tutorial on that VERY SOON. I’ll link you when i make it!

      Keep up the good work!

You may be right or not, while I have no evidence for paranormal activity. But I wanted to ask you, why you think dream is just a dream? Like if it is a dream, everything is just finished. Dream is not just science, in fact scientist can't explain why we dream. I and many thinks that lucid dreaming is also paranormal, it is uncharted teritory. I'm sure you have no idea why lucid dreaming exist, you just accepted it as a normal event.

      p.s. I like your name.

Hey. If you have a dream guide maybe ask them what it could be and how you could investigate it. I don't have a dream guide yet But I tend to get good answers from just asking the dream itself. Definitely try that if your dream guide doesn't know.

What is with the spoiler quote? You gonna start WW3 or something?

I will definitely gonna try this Last night I done something, that can get some users to check their computers. I somehow connected my mind with their pc over the wifi network, not a big deal

I just left some hidden sigils over entire forum and I will put them in motion soon. I'm just doing an experiment with dark spell. It seems my great great grandmother was a witchcrafter and she left some interesting books. So I'm just trying a summoning spell of a spirit(or it was a demon), I just need some life energy.

It's time for new portion of supernatural.

I emptied my mind and lose the sense of my body and suddenly my mind was floating above my body. This time I use zoom out several times. I saw the roof of my house, then I'm little over my hometown, then over the country. Everything is in real time(aka clouds are moving, sun is shining). With the final zoom-out I heard some sort of electronic voice in the background "Accessing satellite grid.....granted......Animus system online"(sound of large machine powering up).

Now I was able to see the whole planet from the orbit and can control everything with my mind. I rotate the planet around, like in google earth but in much greater details. I decided to go back in time and see the dinosaurs, so I reverse the earth rotation and speeded up. I could control the speed of reversing the time. At first, I do it more slowly like 100 years per second and increased to 1000 years/s after 20 seconds. I can't quite explain with words, what I saw. Whole countries dissapears in front of my eyes.

In 10000 b.c I stopped for 30 seconds and zoom in to Africa and saw half naked people who chased a herd of Mammoths and hunting them. At zoom level of about 10000m over the ground, I started to reverse time again, but this time alot faster. I saw huge floodings and even continents moving around and shaping in different forms.

Finally at 65 milion of years b.c, I zoom in to 500m and saw groups of dinosaurs running around, herbivorous and carnivorous alike. I saw the flying ones(i don't remember their name), bunch of raptors that was chasing after smaller dinos. Heard something in the background again "energy criticaly low.....Shutdown Imminent ", but I chose to ignore it. I saw a T-Rex fighting a Triceratops and zoom in very close. Lol the 3D movies were nothing before that, a dino fight in all his glory. At the end the T-Rex snap the neck of the Triceratops and there was alot of blood and gore, so I get disgusted from the sight. In this moment everything turned black in front of my vision and I heard "Animus system offline.....Emergency protocol activated". Lol like something snapped me in my body, so when I open my eyes, I was in my room again.

What do you think about that? I was fully lucid the entire time and knew who I am.

Cool stuff. Sounds like fun. From what we know there have noe been mammoths in africa for the last 1.6 ish million years though, so that points to these being lucid 3rd person dreams

The Animus is the male part of the female subconscious in Jungs lingo. I don't know how that's relevant... other than that it's dream related.

Good luck with the demons and stuff If it's Bael you're summoning, tell him to take his damn phone out of silent mode. His written numbers have gone down lately. He needs to step up if he wants that christmas bonus.

      Are sure about this:
The last species to emerge, the woolly mammoth (M. primigenius), developed about 400,000 years ago in East Asia, with some surviving on Russia’s Wrangel Island in the Arctic Ocean until as recently as roughly 3,700 to 4,000 years ago, still in existence during the construction of the Great Pyramid of ancient Egypt.
Animus as secret codename of satellite grid AI! The voice sounded female non-organic.

From Latin animus (“the mind, in a great variety of meanings: the rational soul in man, intellect, consciousness, will, intention, courage, spirit, sensibility, feeling, passion, pride, vehemence, wrath, etc., the breath, life, soul”)

Absolutely not certain. This is history we are talking about. Fossil records are not certain. A wooly mammoth would have a hard time crossing through to africa even if it was an ice age though, they were equipped for that icy kind of climate.

This sounds like am example of very vivid hypnagogic imagery resulting from being able to effortlessly transition to a state of hypnagogia in a short amount of time. people skilled at doing this, like you, are typically also very skilled with inducing states of near hypnotic relaxation using meditation of some kind. do you find that to be true about you as well? the ability to rapidly reach a trance-like state immediately after waking up (and still in a state of consciousness that is not yet truly fully awake by any means) translates into often near instantaneous full-hypnagogia.

The hypnagogic state, when entered while retaining awareness means the odds of accidentally rousing yourself from this state, like so often happens if one actually awakens in this state and the sudden conscious awareness of being in it cause enough excitation to knock you out of the state in an instant. This is a window of time that's ripe for inducing lucid dreams given really any number of techniques.

When I find myself seeing moving images like that, they rather quickly seem to be vivid enough that it is like viewing a dream scene from outside it, but otherwise you're essentially almost in a dream already but just aren't feeling it or experiencing it through any other sense of perception than sight. When I find myself at a time like this, I typically wait about 15 to 20 seconds so that the images have been playing out for long enough that what's happening is starting to be cohesive enough to form a tangible form of narrative and theme connecting and guiding the scenes going on, the idea being to stabilize the coherency of what as of yet isn't quite actually a "dream" yet, I don't know how much doing this actually helps with the lucid dream induction or not, but considering I've never failed at entering a lucid dream from states of hypnagogia, REM Atonia, and random bouts of sleep paralysis, I don't see a point in really questioning whether or not it actually matters. I'm not saying this to brag, just stating it as a fact to establish some credibility in my believed understanding of what to do and what's going on.

Anyway, after doing that, I decide to simply "step in" to what I honestly believe at that point is a dream scene playing out before me that my bodily sense of self hasn't yet integrated into the experience for one reason or another. "Stepping in" is honestly an almost heinously inept way of phrasing and conceptualizing what I'm doing to actually "step in" to the dream, but I guess maybe it's more accurate to say I don't have a clue what the behavior I'm performing is actually even doing, I just know that the first time I found myself in hypnagogia seeing vivid imagery like this, I decided to treat what I was seeing like the paintings of Super Mario 64 that you have to jump through to get to a certain world. I simply perceive it as permeable, fluid, and capable of being interacted with (obviously to include the ability to integrate your sense of self into the scene and enter a lucid dream). I simply recognize that I've waited long enough for the scene to become at leaves adequately coherent, so now is the time to step into it like you jump through the paintings in mario.

Essentially, my experience and the concepts of the paintings in mario itself being used to establish a believable and familiar framework of interaction is what my technique is doing... kind of like installing a basic input and output system (BIOS) for a computer so that software and an operating system can function I suppose. So when I say to "step in" after the imagery stabilizes and everything, that is a... well, passable enough explanation for what I'm doing.

I essentially do the same exact thing when I remain aware through REM ATonia. The first time I found myself in that state, I decided to transition from being stuck in that state and to a dream, I was going to "believe" or "understand" that there was a blackhole-like vortex above and behind my head that was going to suck me in, and when I was sucked all the way through, I'd find myself inside a dream scene. It's worked every time since I've done it since, and on a fundamental level, what's at the core of this technique is exactly the same as what I'm doing when deciding to "step in" to vivid hypnagogic dream scene imagery. I'm establishing basic rules governing the way the perceptions I'm experiencing can be manipulated and interacted with going forward that I have confidence and genuine belief in (because ultimately the ideas behind how I choose to interact with pre-dream phenomena are rooted in ideas that already know exist and are familiar with and have experience bolstering that confidence related to the non-dream related form of the concepts I'm using as a framework--that is to say, i already have played super mario 64 and know that i can jump through the paintings to change worlds, so I expect its success automatically).

I think for how almost absurdly simple the actual the acts required for performing the technique I'm using really are, it's almost suspicious how well it works... it just kinda seems like consistent and reliable success would require more effort to pull off, seems kinda silly lol.

Man that was really long post

Basically in short, you are talking about VILD, which is indeed complicated. I myself used hypnagogia in the past, but I must be very relaxed or can't fall asleep. I imagined many entries like portal, door, window, mirror, hole to enter inside the dream. Especially good was the window, when opened him and went through him I find myself in very strange place. When I look back at the window, there was a door instead. I experiment with many diferent scenarios, like I imagined a bottle of wine and when grabed her, everything around take a form and I found myself in a kitchen with large oval window, behind it a ocean with fishes I didn't think about to jump inside paintings, did you look like a cartoon character inside of them?

But if you are right, then why the number I memorize from the machinegun in the "dream", return a real life gun when googled him? Think about it.

Yeah... sorry about that. I've got a really annoying and troublesome habit of writing way too much when I reply

I didn't mean it in any bad way, so you don't need to apologizes.

Hi, I have something similar to what you are talking about. If I do something during the day for a long period of time like 5+ hours. The thing always comes back to me at night. Let me explain what I mean. So let's say I read a book or play a video game for 5+ hours a day. When I lay down in bed without even trying to do it images and plots come into my head. If it is a book it is often as if I am visualizing the plot in my head. Or if I played a video game I keep seeing the same scene over and over again. My dreams are also like this for those nights. However I do not zoom in on them.
