I would try using the thought of the words "he" "she" "it" or "they" as a dream sign. Self-awareness will come in handy in noticing thoughts including these words, so it would be good to try to become more self-aware through meditation and such.
Thanks for advice! I'll think on it. Most likely I'll end up not using at as a dream sign, since it doesn't sound very efficient to me. But that's just me.

And yes I do think meditation is key, for the past week I've been doing regular meditation and visualization, and I can already notice a change.
