Hey Dreamers! I'm working with my local holistic center to host a lucid dreaming workshop over the video group chat service Zoom.
This workshop is aimed at an older crowd who will most likely have little to no experience with dreaming in general. I have an outline prepared already, but if anyone can point out something critical or basic I'm overlooking that would be cool to cover and talk about, I'm all ears!
I'm starting out with something interactive, then moving to my usual order of basic habits and skills. And finally ending with some open discussion about personal experiences. Thank you for your attention!
