Waking Up With Profound Statements That Came To You In Your Dreams.

I wonder if anyone else experiences this phenomena. A lot of times I've woken up thinking I'm reading a book, and I'm saying something that makes perfect sense at the time, yet if written down, it is completely incoherent garbled language. For example, here are some statements I've had in my head over the last 3 days: "69 sent a world stockpile of steak to the world" "I fu-ck the sh-it out of my trasion sockets" (wtf) "A Lirdish 8 goes rapidly up the eye" Can you find meaning? (haha I certainly cannot) Have you had similar experiences?

I woke up remembering the title of a book called "Randoms". Yeah it was wierd, because in the dream the book felt perfectly real and I thought hey that would be creepy if it was, but no, just nonsense.

I understand exactly what your talking about. The words themselves make no sense whatsoever, but your brain interprets a meaning of it's own. It's kind of like with psychedelic drugs; when you're watching T.V. or listeng to music. About 6 months ago I had a dream I went to visit my family in the Phillipines, in asia. From this dream I woke up and considered it. I asked mum if she wanted to go, and she said yeah... She ended up paying half my fare. The point is that I learnt something very important to me while I was over there which I would have never learnt if I didnt go there. I never really thought about it much untill now, well atleast how important that thing was that I learnt, or received.

Juroara, I had a dream the other night in which I was either drunk or stoned with a crowd of semi-strangers... it was quite surprising, since I've never really been in either state. Weird things our brains latch onto, eh?

I was just thinking that if you are good at becoming lucid or if you have a lucid dream, you could ask your sub-conscious what these statements mean. I believe your brain tells you these seemingly stupid things for a reason. Even if the reason is small.

Honestly if somethings bothering you perhaps you could talk directly to the "bother" and resolve it. This must be another reason for LD'ing. I have yet to have such an LD though, in which I do that.
