I doubt you'll find a correlation between anything. It's more the person's mind set, enthusiasm, patience, that sort of thing. |

Just out of curiosity I want to know if a certain religion affects Lucidity. |

I don't think this is going to get any results if all you ask is religion. You should also ask each voter to describe their lucid experience, duration, method, etc. If all you do is host this poll, than you're going to get a bunch of numbers next to different religions with no significant whatsoever. |

eh. good luck |

Maybe you could tell us why you think there might be a correlation? |

"“Evil? Good? These are merely words. In the eyes of the universe neither of those exist. There are only three elements, that act as a base for all that you see around. There is Light. There is Dark. And there is the balance between those two. Good and Evil are concepts, used to deny oneself from serving the balance. By serving, you participate in the great creation."
-Eddeon, Avatar of the Balance
My prediction: most of the users on here are either very Christian, or very atheist. A good deal are also Wiccan or Create-your-own/New Age. |

Atheist, and I don't think it affects your ability to lucid dream at all. Sure, I'm skeptical, but that doesn't mean I'm not creative and motivated! |

I'm Agnostic/Atheist. I seriously doubt that this has anything to do with LDing, unless it's a very minimal difference that isn't noteworthy. Also, what would the results yield? Would it make you (or anybody) want to join a religion because of a higher lucid dreaming ratio? Hopefully not, as that would be even shallower than that which I will not speak of while not in R/S. |

There are to many christians and atheists here on DV. I always hoped DV was more diverse then this.....Oh well. |

I am of no religion. |

well im an Atheist and i plan on being one for awhile. lol its hard going to a christian school while being a atheist, if i say anything concerning the bible being false, everyone thinks im an idoit. christians are the narrow minded ones not the atheists, they disregard anything that goes agianst the religion. jesus could of easily paid someone to jump up for him = "my god your a complete moron, your going to hell" type of an thing. hell this should be in R/S section. |

yeah. no offenxe to you westonci but this was kiinda a bad idea. people are gonna start fightin and we dont want that. |

you bring up a good point. But remember relegion isn't supposed to make sense. thats why they call it "Faith". You have to have FAITH in your relegion its not like science were something has to be duplicable and quantifiable. Relegion is like the sand going through your fingers. You can't grasp it. |
