      remembering non-lucids VS lucids

right, in my experience to remember non-lucids just as is written in the tutorials you have to lye completely still, however when it comes to LD's it seems that jumping out of bed straight away and writing it down while it's still fresh in my mind works best. How does everyone relate to this?
TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
      TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!
new goals: have more LD's than Shift[X]

I like to lay down for a min and let everything come back to me But as we always say, do what works for YOU So when you jump right out of bed, s it there in your mind instantly, or does it come to you as your getting ready?

as I said, with normal dreams I have to lye and remember, but after a lucid it feels like zero time has passed and that everything is still very fresh so I instantly jump out to write it down after a quick recap (and a swift reality check, that is )

i find that lying still and THEN jumping up and writing works best for me, both lucid and non lucid.

They're both the same for me. Just depends how clearly they come through. Some days I have to fight for recall, others it comes in a flood.

Both works the same for me, always had good recall, so it doesn't matter what I do as long as I think on the dream while moving <.<
