I like to lay down for a min and let everything come back to me |

right, in my experience to remember non-lucids just as is written in the tutorials you have to lye completely still, however when it comes to LD's it seems that jumping out of bed straight away and writing it down while it's still fresh in my mind works best. How does everyone relate to this? |

TAKE DV members advice with caution! some have had zero or 1-2 LD's yet act like gurus
TOTAL LD's (almost all DILD/MILD) =160!!
new goals: have more LD's than Shift[X]

Everyman 2 LD's/ sleep schedule progress

i find that lying still and THEN jumping up and writing works best for me, both lucid and non lucid. |

Dreams are adventures with your thoughts.
They're both the same for me. Just depends how clearly they come through. Some days I have to fight for recall, others it comes in a flood. |

Both works the same for me, always had good recall, so it doesn't matter what I do as long as I think on the dream while moving <.< |
