Most newb WILDers don't experience true SP. Sleep paralysis isn't supposed to last very long--only a minute or two. Some don't even experience it. Often, the aspiring WILDer will induce a sort of fake sleep paralysis. My advice is to keep trying, but don't think about sleep paralysis at all. Definitely keep trying if it became a DILD! |

The goal is to disconnect from body, if you want to have WILD. But how can you disconnect from body, if you are aiming for SP transition, which is pretty intensive sensation. |
