It depends on how tired I am. If I'm sleep I usually have more success WILDing when I first go to bed because I can feel "waves of sleep" come over me and am usually able to enter a conscious sleep state. Although i did have sleep paralysis (before I knew what it was) for well over 14 years so that helped, as all my instances of sleep paralysis were upon going to bed and happened almost immediately. I do sometimes have success during naps as well.

Does anyone else get the sensation of what I call waves of sleep? It's like I feel a wave come over me and then it goes away, but the timing is pretty consistent. Once it gets stronger I can usually "ride that wave" right into a lucid dream. It's definitely a physical "sign" I feel while trying to WILD. Not sure how else to describe it.
