It depends on how tired I am. If I'm sleep I usually have more success WILDing when I first go to bed because I can feel "waves of sleep" come over me and am usually able to enter a conscious sleep state. Although i did have sleep paralysis (before I knew what it was) for well over 14 years so that helped, as all my instances of sleep paralysis were upon going to bed and happened almost immediately. I do sometimes have success during naps as well. |
