Possibly one of the biggest issues I have with lucid dreaming is time. I'm inclined chip time away by performing or reading techniques, reality checking, and especially recording dreams via journal (or audio device). At the end of the week I wind up wasting more conscious time than I gain in lucid dreams. Yet I find it necessary to spend the time doing these things to get good results. Yes, to be a natural would be grand...

Two questions. First, how much time do you spend a week on lucid dreaming related topics either by posting here on DV, performing WBTB/other techniques, recording dreams, etc? Second, any tips on how to spend less time on LD'ing and still get good results?

Maybe I'm just lazy.
