      Time Management.

Possibly one of the biggest issues I have with lucid dreaming is time. I'm inclined chip time away by performing or reading techniques, reality checking, and especially recording dreams via journal (or audio device). At the end of the week I wind up wasting more conscious time than I gain in lucid dreams. Yet I find it necessary to spend the time doing these things to get good results. Yes, to be a natural would be grand...

Two questions. First, how much time do you spend a week on lucid dreaming related topics either by posting here on DV, performing WBTB/other techniques, recording dreams, etc? Second, any tips on how to spend less time on LD'ing and still get good results?

      Maybe I'm just lazy.

About 1-4 hours, all in writing dream journals. I spend ridiculous amounts of time on DV, but none of that really helps me become lucid, since it's become such a regular part of my life and a job and I don't use induction techniques anyway.

On actual techniques and etc. to become lucid, I spend no time. Maybe if I have a brief awakening, those 2 minutes could add up over the week. Also the time it takes to chug apple juice, which I like to drink anyway. Other than that, I stick to reality checks and get lucid about once a week, and the reality checks don't disrupt my life.

For me? Since I haven't got sufficient LDs (only 2 from my join date till now), I'd say 1 hour or less
Successes, Goals, Targets. It comes down to one thing. Will. Ponder that word. It's one thing that stands between a 10-year old and a Master's degree. It's one thing that allows you to exist, and continue exist. Ask your mom. _________________________________________
