Yup. Pretty common, in my experience. Especially in male teenagers. I've been told that once you're older, dream sex lasts longer.

I can't remember ever "finishing" in a sex dream, lucid or otherwise. But I usually "take care of business" before bed. Never even had a wet dream.

But yeah, it's normal. You're already worked up while you're asleep anyway so I would imagine that contributes heavily to the timing of the finishing move.

Yeah It happens to me all the time. Have you ever had any other technical difficulties such as trouble getting it up or not acheiving penetration lol? weird but it happens.

How old are you if you don't mind my asking? When I was a teenager, I remember having nocturnal emissions every now and then which was quite normal. Nothing weird about that.

I think the reasoning behind this is, in a lucid sex dream your obvious objective is pleasure. Well, since your mind controls the dream, the pleasure/finish came quickly because that is what you were craving at the time. You might as well go at it again and again and have all the lucid sex you want, lol.

I have had lucid sex dreams that lasted forever before I finished. I have also had lucid sex dreams that lasted seconds before I finished. It varies for me. The tricky part is keeping your self from getting too excited and waking yourself up. If this happens I suggest a less romantic sex scene and more of a "hit and run" attitude.

im 16, so good call on the age, but is there a way to make em last longer. or continue on afterwards, cause normally im lucid anyway.

Never tried it, never even had a lucid, but here's my two cents:

From what I gather, as long as you don't get too excited, you won't wake up. So, just take kind of a casual approach to the whole thing (if you can).

Second, try keeping your mind occupied with other things. Baseball, football, school, work, the thought of wreaking havoc once you finish, etc. may all prove effective.

Finally, once you, erm, finish, as long as you're still asleep and lucid, go at it again! Perhaps because it's all in your head, your body won't hold you back like usual. Or, if it does, go fly through the rain or something until you're ready for round two!

I am very calm in my dreams, accually in my last ld, which was a sex dream, i remained calm the whole time. I woke up in bed, looked out the window and it looked like a comic book, did a rc, and yay lucid. But i was just like hmm.. what should i do, so i went to the next room, but before i went in thought to myself that the person i wanted was gonna be in there. I went in did it and then woke up. But sometimes i do wake up just because i want to.

lucid dream sex is the most amazing type of lucid dream that i can have...

i can have SEVERAL FUCKING AMAZING orgasms...10 at least...

I've never had trouble getting it up, but yeah, sometimes it just won't go in.

Just recently I had my first dream orgasm since I was a teen (and no mess thankfully unlike when I was a teen).

Also, point of interest; have any virgins (that would be a lot of us, probably) attempted this? If so, how would it work? Your body doesn't actually know what sex with another person feels like. I've read in other threads that this can lead to people waking up because the mind has to make up so many sensations.

It would be strangely ironic if a virgin first had LD sex, then was disappointed by the real thing

Yeah, that'll probably happen to me. I'll either wake up or be disappointed by the real thing. Worth a shot, though, right?

thats me, im a virgin and it can feel.. different. My mind is telling me what i think it would be, but the thing is, sometimes it feels better than other times. I mean the last one i had i went off in literally 5/10 seconds. It felt that good.
