hey guys i have heard about lots of good ld techniques but a lot of them seem to make you wake up in the middle of the night

i have been trying the MILD but since i have alot to think about i just can seem to focus on lucid dreaming

anyone have a good technique besideds the DILD if there arent i can just keep trying the MILD but if anyone could give me a not so known technique that would be cool
