Oh, to remain on topic I think the best thing in lucid dreams is how it can help you in real life situations, I am trying to use it more to stop my social anxiety and it's working, even if it doesn't it can work as a placebo.

Understanding myself better.

I feel like I learn so many things about my subconscious like why certain people are in a certain situations and in certain scenes. It ends up explaining a lot about what you think about in reality or real life but may not have noticed.

And its exhilarating of course.

anywho saying 'everything' would be easy. But for me, the most fun part of lucid dreaming is just kind of stopping from doing everything and just realizing that I'm in a dream and my dream body is sleeping. lol I always get this kind of bliss feeling...which comes around to feeling like anything is possible and I can do whatever the fuck I want. It seems like the boundries are lifted and anything is possible in a lucid dream.. which I guess life is about.. haha totally ripped that from waking life. But that's my two cents worth.
