Try a recall mantra, works wonders for me.

Used to be around 6-8 a week, but then i got demotivated awhile ago, my recall died, i stopped getting sleep and RCing. Im getting back up there though. I dont have lucid dreams on a semi-regular basis and there are alot of variables, but I have had one lucid this month so far and it was very nice.

Varies. Can be 7, can be none in a week.

My highest number in a month was in November at 20.

Normally about 8-10 a month. Last month I had 17 though. I hope I can keep that up.

Even as a natural it fluctuates. Sometimes I can have a lucid every night for a month, sometimes I can go weeks without one. All depends on my recall. I've found that a combination of using Dreamviews and a dream journal help with recall.

it really varies....about 2 or 3 a month. however i am recovering from a back injury (feb.) and we are having construction that starts at 8 am, so it's hard to wild right now or get those later morning ones.
have been as high as 2 - 3 times a week before this. also had dry spells of a month or two.
had one last night! very pleased about that.

You guys suck. I get LDs rarely. I guess that is what i get for taking shity dream notes... I usually sum up my LD in 1-2 sentences and then go to sleep.

My lucid dreaming is very patchy. Depending on how much I focus on it, I will get anywhere from 1 per week, to several per night. Once I get a few in a row, I will build momentum and have them non stop.

After 4 months, I average 7.25 lucids per month.

I used to get them very little, maybe a few a month if that. However, in the last week or two I've been getting them a lot, maybe once every few days. I really hope it will keep up.

1-2 every week. It's getting more though.
