My guess is it's when your legs get sweaty and the hairs get stuck to them. Add a bit of rubbing from the duvet = itchiness. Happens to me every now and again. |
|
Seems odd to me that it happens nearly every Lucid, either during to wake me up, or just after when i wake up when it finishes. |

Try jumping into water. |

You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.
would materialising anti-itch lotion and appling it at the beggining of the dream help? |

Itching sensations can be a sign of restless legs syndrome, but if you haven't shown any other symptoms, then it's probably not the issue. If none of the other suggestions seem to work, perhaps try a Benadryl at bedtime to control the itching--Benadryl usually makes my dreams more vivid and would perhaps simultaneously tackle the sensation within the dream. |

I've had the exact same problem for a really long time now! It started about 4 years ago, during a period when I was doing a lot of lucid dreaming. Since then I can't have lucid dreams in the same way because I wake up fro the itchiness. It definitely has nothing to do with sweaty legs.. It's really annoying though and has caused me to stop. Have you found a solution yet? |

It's possible all in your head... Try a mantra, perhaps? |

Consciousness: that annoying time between naps.
Dreaming permits each and every one of us to be quietly and safely insane,
every night of the week
Indeed, Harris. |
