I'm afraid I wouldn't consider doing this because of the way I get about tattoos: I have no tattoos, but boy have I dreamed about getting them! (No pun intended.) I want full sleeves of tattoos, but I could never decide what I wanted tattoos of, because I always wonder two things - what is important enough to me to get tattooed on my body, and what is permanent enough in my life to stay important to me that I won't be embarrassed of it 5 years, 10 years from now? I love lucidity even though I've only been at it less than half a year, but I can't say I'd get a tattoo of it - maybe of something I'd had occur during a lucid or something like that, that'd be sweet.*
As for a font, I think an excellent tattoo for the word "Lucid" or "LUCID" would be "DreamScar", though it's not entirely clear. When I went to make the following sample image, I came across my usual favourite font for general use in designs, "Amienne", which I think would also work for you:

However, you might consider something similar yet less permanent than a tattoo. You could always try designing something cool on yourself with a permanent marker? I'd do it, it'd still be effective. And you could change it at any time.
*Just thought I'd point out, thanks to you asking your question and me writing that response there, I had an idea for my full-sleeves: either dream sequences that are important to me, or various symbols/characters/designs that relate to my dreams, with the entire tattoos representing my imaginative mind and my adventures within it! Very cool, very cool.
