Well so far I've gotten my LD's from DILDs (Dream Induced Lucid Dreams) this is probably the most common one, since all you have to do is train yourself to question if you're in a dream or not all the time. Eventually your subconscious will start to pick this up, and you will start acting more rational in your dreams. You can do this by using reality checks, like looking at the clock, checking for something out of the ordinary, or pressing your finger through the palm of your hand, or even just asking yourself how you got there, or if anything is out of the ordinary.

But everyone is different, some people may get more LD's from WILDs, maybe others from MILDs, it really depends upon the person, just find which is the most appealing to you and try it out!

Oh, and another thing DILDs may not be as reliable as a WILD, because a WILD is actually entering a dream, while a DILD is relying on your mind to pick up on the strange events in your dreams, but on the other hand, WILDs may take some practice to finally get down. So just check out the tutorial section, look at the techniques, and find which is best for you!

There wouldn't be this many techniques if there was one best technique. You have to find out for yourself.

Wake Back To Bed (WBTB) seems to be the key, for myself. It works best when paired with MILD or WILD, but works independently, also. Just interrupting my sleep in the middle of the night scores me all kinds of lucid dreams.

It's the WBTB/WILD combo that does it for me.

For me it's DILD, though not even like a reality check DILD or anything. I just randomly end up lucid usually. DEILD works too for me, but I haven't been DEILDing so often lately.

WILD doesn't work for me at all. I think I must have some kind of SP disorder or something, because I've tried everything and have gotten sooooo close to a dream, but yet at the same time never in the dream nor in SP.

MILD doesn't really work for me because I can't really convince myself that it will work.
