When I had my 1.5 LDs recently, they were both at different times, after different amounts of sleep, but both WBTB. You could try both ways, if it seems you are having success with forcing an image, then keep trying that to create a dream scene for yourself. And if that doesn't seem to be helping you get lucid, perhaps just try to let your mind be free after you've woken up, gotten water and go back to bed, don't force anything, but allow your mind to wander, feel heavy, watch the black screen behind your eyes. |
