      Yeah but Audacity is better (at least for people who don't want to pay) because it's open source and free, and can probably do the same things "Reaper" can do.

      Regardless, his tutorial is for audacity. I just think there's much more you can do with FL Studio (not free) but reaper does the trick as well.
