If you believe in a third eye enough to meditate with the specific intent to open it, or with any intent other than just to meditate, then the whole purpose has gone over your head and you need to reevaluate what you're actually trying to get out of this whole thing.

If you have an intention you haven't stepped away from existence. You have to find a way that suits you, but that doesn't mean there are no wrong ways.
