Rumors. Two exercise's to Remember in order to ground yourself.

      1.
      Memory.
It is been said that there is a tiny place inside the head that keeps all the memories that someone experiences in life.Infact it is been said that is keeping all the memories you had in the womb of your mother.
It can arrange the information you perceive with your senses,in an amazing and unique manner
through time and space and it never makes a mistake.

But then from the beginning something weird happens.
Nobody seem's to remember the day that he was born.
And mostly nobody seem's to remember his first lets say four to six years of age.
And some people say that your brain wasn't developed when you were young.

But let's face it you have to admit you're not so much smarter than a six years old.

And then as your growing up the memories of your life seem forgotten like a blur vision and it is even harder.

      But what happens?

this little tiny place activated in the point that your ancestors stopped eating bananas from the trees.
that place grow up together with the other little place in your head that analyzes your actions. So the
tiny place which analyzes cooperates with the place that keeps the memories, giving you the info that
you're seeking with an amazing accuracy.

But then why you don't remember everything?

Well there is another little part inside your head very very primitive, usefull of course always that is controling your non and semi concious reactions.
The thing is that when you're getting an injury or a trauma this little part get's excited and it cuts communication beetween
the part which analyzes and the little "hard disk" on your head.

So when you're born The trauma of the birth hides you the memories before your birth.
And then when you're about six years old and you're starting to use speech fluently, the little parts of the non concious reactions get's excited and is cutting you off everything you could remember.
And as the part that reacts gets even more activated as you grow up,

YOU SEEM UNABLE TO RECALL WHAT HAS ALWAYS BEEN THERE.

You need to find the way to trace all the information again.

      So the following exercise occurs.

At first you have to find the earlier memory you can recall make her a happy one for a start.
It could be the birthday party when you were seven,it could be your first day at school it could be anything.
      The earlier the better.

So you start remembering the event that happened sort of like a camera tape that place.
When you recall in your head the basics you repeat the process again and again, repeating the event
      in your mind.
Now in the beginning it is going to be a bit annoying but as you walk through it you are going to realize
quickly with a bit of effort,That details from the event are coming to surface such as emotions, senses(visual noises smells ect.)

And then after some time you are going to notice many many things in the event you have forgot.

Then you need to find another memory and repeat the process.
and as you're trying with a lot of effort even more memories are gonna come back to you.

Subject of this exercise is THAT YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER YOURSELF BY CONNECTING PIECES THAT EXIST ON YOU AND HAVE BEEN FORGOTTEN.

IT IS BEEN SAID THAT WHEN A PERSON COMES BACK AT THE EVENT OF HIS BIRTH HE'IS GETTING THE
FEELING THAT HIS WHOLE BODY MOVES LIKE HE IS SWIMMING.

THAT IS THE TIME WHEN YOU WERE IN THE WOMB OF YOUR MOTHER.
IT IS ALSO THE SAME MOTION YOU GET WHEN YOUR BODY THROUGH THE SEXUAL TRULY CONNECTS WITH THE EARTH.

      2
Exercise for the people who are boring to remember stuff and have a lot of time to waste.

You laying down in your bed with your head oriented to the north.

YOUR HEAD HAS TO FACE NORTH AND YOUR TOES THE SOUTH.

You are taking some breaths and you're relaxing.

Of course many thought's are going to come around your head but this exercise doesen't have to do with meditation.

Now in your mind you're creating a big fat metal cable that comes straight from the north and ends up
in your head. The cable should be about one meter above your head.

Now you have to think that electricity comes from the cable and passes from the top of your head till
your toes SORT OF LIKE A WAVE.
Think of it like a line of electricity that crosses your body from head to toe always vertically.
so when the current is going to be on your left shoulder/knee it is going to be in the right one too.

SO AS YOUR MIND IS GETTING USED TO IT AS LONG AS YOU SIT IMAGINE THAT FROM THE CABLE ARE FLOWING CONSTANTLY WAVES OF ELECTRICITY.
Speed of the waves doesen't matter but you should take it slowly.

It doesen't matter if anything is going to happen in the beginning although it is possible that you're going to experience some shivers.

Practice for 10 minutes before your sleep.

SUBJECT OF THIS EXERCISE IS TO GROUND YOURSELF THROUGH THE SEXUAL WITH THE MAGNETIC FIELD OF THE EARTH.
WHEN AND IF YOU MANAGE TO DO IT YOU'RE GOING TO GET THE SENSATION THAT YOUR BODY FLOAT'S EXACTLY LIKE THE TIME YOU WERE IN THE WOMB OF YOUR MOTHER.

It is been said that people who manage that, together with some regulation of the breath,
can just lift themselves from the ground.

      good luck.

      This isn't really true.

And the entire text has a lot of incoherences, so I don't think it's really more than a rumor.

It's not true simply because obviously, there's no connections in actually defining it scientifically. But I wouldn't disregard this phenomena or some simulation completely of the brain that could potentially unlock the totality of what you experienced in this life.

Especially with clear awareness of what dreaming portrays to us, I wouldn't say this is too far-fetched, it's just the principles that he laid out may not seem practical to you or most of the people trying to string together a sentence from it.

Even though dreams and the subconscious' way of scatter-braining the whole experience make dreams not meaningful to the average joe (not saying you are), it's still another level of consciousness he's implying, and despite the inconsistencies of this exercise (which is really just similar to meditation), it's similar to deeper levels of meditations and such.

The analogies he's using seems to be related to something like the Akashic Records, Book of Life, and otherworldy concepts which is presumed to be the the totality of your present lives, your current life, and possible future lives based on your trends in this life. Although the Records themselves and this exercise that's similar to it aren't real (like being tangible in this reality), it's presumed to be just in another state of consciousness (or a spiritual state for those who are into that stuff).

So I wouldn't think there's actually a part in our brain that would hold all of those memories with flawless expression and free from distortion, but in terms of knowledge and creativity during REM sleep and deep sleeping, maybe it's possible, with practice, to access memories within spiritual states of being.

And even if that were the case, the sheer amount of content would just be interpreted as a bunch of incoherent bits, at least for the mental capacity for a person to recall all of that (which is probably why in the exercise itself, you would have to take things slowly to actually conceptualize an event/experience).

I agree it's all too esoteric to get anywhere applying practical logic. I mean technically the entire universe contains the memories of the entire universe because the present carries the accumulation of the past.

Everything works out in the end, sometimes even badly.
