      Cool OwenLucid's WorkBook :$

Hey first time doing a workbook so hopefully im doing it right!

      Purpose
I believe everyone in life has a purpose whether they discouver it or make theyre own is up to them, but I seriously could use some help I hope to help acomplish some questions I can't answer my self with dreams.

      Goals
I hope to ask my subconsious some serious questions for answers that I already know....if you catch my drift, as well as have full clarity and do exiting things exp. Flying, and lastly make love with my best friend that ive known for 3 years....kinda stuck in the friendzone

      Success!
I have had two LD's before, but recently have had a long dry spell from LD'ing since my return of interest and hope to have at least 1 LD a week 2 if I take drastic measures, Exp. MILD, then WBTB, drink AJ and then WILD.

      Dream Recall
I can currently recall 1 dream a night, sometimes zero, cause my father gets me up for school by screaming up at me to wake up then say good bye to dream usually...

      Hey OwenLucid, welcome to DVA!

Sorry for your occasional brutal awakening. I believe this class will help you improve your recall, as well as increase your lucid activity. What were your previous 2 lucid dreams like, if I may ask? And when were they

Hello OwenLucid. Is it possible for you to go to bed a little earlier so your dad doesn't startle you awake? If you have time, go to bed a little earlier, and then wake up to an alarm or naturally so you have time to think about and jot down your dreams.

Since you have used MILD, have you noticed any recurring dream signs? I agree with Ophelia, it'd be nice to read what your first couple of experiences were like!

It's difficult for me to go to bed earlier with school and NBA playoffs but im sure I could, however alarms tend to loose my dreams as well damn I suck but if you guys want I could post my LD expierences in my DJ on here...kinda long for my first one because i read up on LD'ing so much I knew everything to do and they were in about December 2011 , then I lost intrest in LD'ing unfortunitly and havent had one since

I think posting your first lucids in your DJ is a great idea. Just earlier this week I was reading over a previous lucid dream, and I became lucid that night! Type up your LDs, and try reading them over before you go to bed. Or imagine what you might do while you're lucid when you're drifting off to sleep. It's impressive that your first LD was long, my first one only lasted a moment.

You don't suck OwenLucid, you just live the life of a student! Some folks focus on dreaming and lucid dreaming on days they have off, like weekends. It's not ideal, but if that's all you can manage, then it'll have to do. You could also try taking naps in the day, if you have time. Have you looked at Lesson 1 yet? Try out some of the food/drinks that Ophelia recommended to increase dream recall.

Done a few RC's today, noticed my surroundings noticed noice i normally tune out, felt the feel of my cloths and tryed to look at clocks. My mantra is am I dreaming, then at night I say the next time im dreaming, im going to remember to reolize im dreaming. not sure if thats too long :p

and happy to say that I recorded 4 dreams into my cellphone recorder!!! I think thats the most ive ever recalled, yes they wernt all too long but I barely ever remember more then two,

If you do try napping, a two hour nap is a good length. The mantras you chose are good! Congrats on remembering 4 dreams! Keep up the good work.

I've never tried SSILD, at least, not voluntarily, but after reading the tutorial it looks like it would be quite effective with some practice.

You might be sleeping already, but I'll answer your question anyway. Doing it with MILD sounds perfectly fine. From what I've read about SSILD, you're supposed to do SSILD and then try to fall asleep, so focus on MILD, then SSILD and sleep. Hope you find SSILD to be successful!

yeah me too Caenis! and nah Its only 9 oclock here XP did a reality check and had a really long and vivid dreams thanks to the end of school and lots of sleeping in(waking up but going right back to bed)
Im wondering if because of my new advantage of sleeping in if I should also read up on DEILD????

It's worth a shot. I guess if you wake up and go back to sleep regularly in the mornings now, doing DEILD could be natural! I'm glad that you have many more opportunities to dream now.

Glad I responded before you went to bed.
