I don't think that stating when and where you are going to do your reality checks is a good idea, it's better to just spread them all over your day time activities, and don't forget that awareness is what brings you lucid dreams, so it's better to really question whether you are in a dream or not before doing the RC, and not going through the motion mindlessly.
