Reality Checks:
- Two fingers through left palm
- Nose Plug
- Moving eyes while closed, feeling for muscle movement
- Analog Clocks

Dream Signs: (off and on)
- Minecraft
- Cute girls

Short-Term Goals:
-Improve recall
-Complete a Task of the Month
-Fly outside instead of in buildings
-Eat the best dream food ever

Long-Term Goals:
-More frequent lucid dreams
-Longer lucid dreams (over 10 min?)

Lucid/Dream Recall History:
-I have been keeping a dream journal, however I find it hard to write down stuff in the mornings due to school.
- I have ~4 DILDS 2 of which I can remember with clarity.

Current Technique:
-I am keeping a dream journal
-Also whenever I wake up, I try do do WILD/DEILD of some sort.
-Check for FA's
