      Billyboy1999's Workbook

      Reality Checks:
      - breathing through plugged nose
      - checking my watch
      - levetating (I'm bad at spelling)

      Dream Signs:
      - I don't know, I don't have good enough recall

      Short-Term Goals:
      - Have a lucid dream
      - Fly
      - Learn more about lucid dreams

      Long-Term Goals:
      - Have 1 lucid dream a week (at least)
      - Improve my self-awareness
      - Improve my recall

      Lucid/Dream Recall History:
      - Only been lucid once, using DILD
      - Started my DJ 2 days ago, and I haven't recalled any dreams in that time.

      Current Technique:
      -WILD with WBTB, no success yet.

      Looks like you need to improve your recall a bit. Try starting a DJ. Every morning when you wake up, write down the details of what you remembered in your dream, and your recall should start improving!

      I've been doing a DJ for 2 nights, now. I haven't remembered anything yet, except for a vague memory of spinning. I was thinking about what I read about lucid dreams (Dream spinning) when I went to bed, so I don't know if it was from the dream or me just remembering my research. Thanks for the help!

      Little update on my recall, last night I remembered a dream, and I woke up without moving. I could've tried to have a deild, but I wrote the dream instead. I remembered a whole structured dream, not just fragments. Oh, and 1 more question, should I copy all my dreams into my DJ on here, or not? I'm typing them anyway, so it wouldn't take too long.

      If you want to copy them onto the site you could.. But if you're already writing them down somewhere then you don't have to.. just as long as you journal them somewhere.

      I started working on my awareness today. I drew a cloud on my hand and when I saw it, I would stop and think about where I was, how I got there, and what I'm going to do next. I think I'll try it without the cloud to remind me tomorrow or the day after.

      I had 2 failed WILD attempts this weekend, I'm always tired after, so I don't think I'll try on school days.

      I usually WILD better on my days off when I have loads of time to sleep in. So don't feel bad

      Little update on my recall. It's going alright, I remember a dream about every 3 days, and I used to only remember 1 a week or 2.

      Ah yes, SSILD! This was the first technique that really got me started. Even though I focus predominantly on MILD (and to a lesser extent WILD) these days, I still think very highly of SSILD and will no doubt use it more in the future. Let me know if I can help.
