Congratulations SoccerTees, not only on the lucids, but getting to have some fun trolling DCs.

Thanks for the support, it's really appreciated. DV has been nothing but pleasant.
Interesting! I've faced insomnia at WBTB before but not throughout the night, and definitely not at bed time. I can comment on what has worked for me at WBTB, though.
The primary change in attitude was to change my attitude at WBTB from bouncing off the walls excitement to more of a mood of contended anticipation and quiet observation. Sometimes thinking about lucid dreaming would make my heart pound. I'll allow myself this luxury during the day but during sleep time I try to keep it really reined in.
Are these awakenings brief? If they are, and you are waking up from a dream, I'd highly recommend attempting to DEILD into a lucid dream. (The DEILD technique involves immediately trying to WILD as soon as you catch yourself waking up from another dream.)
Do you find that your heart rate rises during these awakenings?
