Hello, I am Gabi and I was starting my journey to lucid dreaming one week ago.

Reality Checks:
- pushing my thumb in midle finger
- count fingers
- levitation

Dream Signs:
- cartoonish objects and characters
- people that I never meet but that acting as we are old friends
- my grand-grandparents old house that now belong to my parents and that I use to visit. I had every night a dream about it last week, but every time with a different interior

Short-Term Goals:
- become lucid more times
- being lucid for a longer time
- a lightsaber
- drinking with Sheogorath
- smoking weed with an alien

Long-Term Goals:
- resolving my issue with every night nightmares or very disturbing dreams
- resolving the conflict between my overly atheist part and my spiritual part
- transform my dreaming experience in stories
- improving my artistic skills
- simulating some social events just to be more prepared in future
- starting to create a tulpa as my most trustly parner and supporter

Lucid/Dream Recall History:
- only one so far. I was in a FPS game when I realised that I am not a game character in real life and I become lucid for few secounds, then I woke up.

Current Technique:
- DILD

Other notes about me
- I have issues with insomnia
- occasionally I smoke marijuana
- sometimes I meditate, but I will try to do this daily
- I have premonitions and deja vu over five times per month

I read about lavender smell that can make your dreams more pleasant and your sleep more relaxing, so I decide to buy some lavender plants and make myself a herbal pillow. I was to shopping, but I didn't find the flowers, instead I found lavender oil. I come to home and start to drop the oil on all my four pillows. The drops got on all my bed, my dream journal, my laptop and my hands, so now all are smelling fine.

I am awake for 21 hours so far and I want to stay more 7 hours just to calibrate my sleeping cycle, to stop going at sleep at 8 AM and wake up at 5 PM because exams are coming. I will have a very deep sleep after too many hours and I hope that the oil will make it more pleasant.

By the way, my record for staing awake so far is 38 hours.

Ok, at 4 PM I give up and fall asleep. I wake up at 9:20 from a dream where I was a woman, a pretty one I need to recognize, and I had sex with other woman. I don't always have erotic, they happen to me rarely, and every time with a girl, or woman that I never meet in my life. Here is the most plausible reason for my dream.

By the way, this was one of most restful sleep in past six monts.

I've been slept less than 3 hours that is not enought to have any dream.
I am still tinking at my dream from yesterday and at my feminin version that have my eyes and hair color, but the rest of features are from a girl that I know personaly. The problem is that I don't know what girl, I know only that I meed her already, but I can figure who she is.

I finaly managed to go to sleep at one of night hours (11 PM) after I stayed awake until that hour. I wake up at 3 AM and I was able to sleep again after I eat a sandwich. I wake up again at 6 AM to go to bathroom, then I slept until 8 AM. I can't recall any dream and I am felling very tired. I propose myself to meditate, but I am too tired to do anyting today.

Yesterday I was dizzy because of lack of sleep, but I managed to go into the forest to find a good wood to craft my first bow. I nearly hurt myself with the axe because I was very tired and dizzy and I had loss of concentration. I planned for today to go to find wood for arrows, but I better stay safe at home, try to relax without sleeping until 11-12 PM and doing nothing very productive all day.

I know that I wasn't active for few weeks, but I come back to University and I stop exercising because here I live with a friend in a room and our friends come at us every day and is very difficult to continue until summer holidays. I come back because this morning I had what I can tell my first true lucid dream with full control on my actions and it was cool. It was a long dream and I can't recall very well non lucid part because I had few more dreams after.

In this dream I am with a girl that I had a crush on her on my childhood and few other guys with same age as ours that I never meet in my life. For a reason that I can't remember we are chasing by Godzilla. We run with a train and my crush ask if we lose the monster. I am looking on window and I see Godzilla approaching the train. We stop in a strange small town with train rails on main street and run away from the train. We try to hide in a block of flats transformed into a mall (I think that I had other dreams about this strange place). But the reptile can walk on stairs in despite of his size. Me and an annoying girl from our group are cached by the monster in front of a window at third floor and that girl is ate. I jump on window before Godzilla caches me and I drop down without getting any damage. Down there I meet again with my crush and I decide to run away at the middle of the town were is a swamp with dense tall rush in front of a forest. We decide to lose the monster into the forest, but the environment is changing. Now I am in court of my primary school with the monster who shape shift into a big humanoid mob from a MMORPG that is holding a big metal ball on a chain 100 meters in front of me. From now I become lucid and I realized that I am dreaming. I didn't wake up few seconds later after I become lucid like last time years ago when I become aware that I am dreaming. Instead, I realized that I can do crazy things because I'm not in real world and start to levitate 20-30 up in air, I use telekinesis to catch the monster and I raise it hundreds of meters up in air and then I crash it with all my dark side hate into the ground killing it. From this moment I feel like a god and free of most of my problems. I go levitating to my crush that was hiding in school building, I took her on my arms and I tell her that we are safe now and we are in a dream and can do anything we want, but she was to afraid and refuse to believe it.

By the way, I got a crush on that girl when I was young because I had a dream with her. Until that dream I wasn't interested on her.

LoL, I didn't know that telekinesis is a part of task. I will post that.

BTW, last night I was lucid just for few seconds, then I lose my lucidity. I am a bit hurried now, but I will tell my dream soon, cuz it was very interesting. In it I was an ancient demon named Baal Zebub who tried to make an trade with a serpent like sea creature named Naga after I was imprisoned for centuries.

Back in town again! Now that I've come back home where I have some more personal space I can start doing more complex exercises for LD. Until now I had few short LDs, most of them in morning after I fall asleep again after I woke up. BTW, this is a little representation of my inner wonderland, that is actually a forest glade with a lake filled with koi fishes in middle and a wooden cottage.
