I finaly managed to go to sleep at one of night hours (11 PM) after I stayed awake until that hour. I wake up at 3 AM and I was able to sleep again after I eat a sandwich. I wake up again at 6 AM to go to bathroom, then I slept until 8 AM. I can't recall any dream and I am felling very tired. I propose myself to meditate, but I am too tired to do anyting today.
Yesterday I was dizzy because of lack of sleep, but I managed to go into the forest to find a good wood to craft my first bow. I nearly hurt myself with the axe because I was very tired and dizzy and I had loss of concentration. I planned for today to go to find wood for arrows, but I better stay safe at home, try to relax without sleeping until 11-12 PM and doing nothing very productive all day.
