Reality Checks:
- Pushing finger through palm
- Plugging nose and trying to breathe
- occasionally checking writing for changes
Dream Signs:
-Not sure on these yet, after my first lucid dream last night, I noticed that a room I entered had been a part of my non-lucid dreams many many times in the past
- Two of my fingers disappeared on each of my hands during the LD as well, that might be something

Sleep Schedule:
-Usually in bed ~10:00 p.m. and wake up between 6:30-7:00 a.m. depending on if I have meetings
Short-Term Goals:
- Have a lucid dream 3x per week
- Establish more control over the dream
- Fly
Long-Term Goals:
- Figure out who this mystery girl is in my dreams who often shows up, and leaves me with an "in love" feeling
- Succed with WILD
- Achieve total control of dream state
Lucid/Dream Recall History:
- Since I started keeping a dream journal, I've actually been pretty good with recall. I've managed to remember between 1-2 dreams per night, and have even woken up in the middle of the night to record 2 dreams
Current Technique:
-Currently using DILD, however I have begun noticing signs of WILD when I am going to sleep repeating my affirmations. My vision will get a little trippy behind closed eyes and I have almost been able to make the weird hallucinations turn into solid images. Not yet though. For now my focus will still be on DILD until I get a better hang of it.
