      Cool Shadow Wisp's Workbook

Why I desire to Lucid Dream:
I wish to greater understand what is going on in my subconscious mind as our conscious mind only uses 10% of our brain's power! Therefore its important to take care of your subconscious mind and know whats going on. I believe that Lucid Dreaming will also help me to greater understand myself as I tap into the subconscious mind and find my true feelings about things.
We spend 1/3 of our lives sleeping, so why waste it by not LDing!? Lucid Dreams are rewarding and they can help with learning new material as well. By revising over newly learnt material in your dreams, your brain strengthens the synapses(memory/connections) of that material and it becomes more ingrained!

      Next Lucid Dream Plans:
-Developing greater dream control and triggers is my highest priority at this stage.

      Dream To-Do List:
-Visit a dream-version of Japan and see how my subconscious mind sees Japan. I need to make my brain realise that Japanese is NECESSARY in my life! This will ease my self-learning

      Current Technique:
DILD. -> Intend on getting hourly notifications running on my phone. I can most likely use Tasker!
Eating Cheese and Milk before bedtime really helps with vividness and has been quite successful in the past.
      -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
      Reality Checks:
-Counting my fingers then trying to push my right hand through my left palm.
-Holding my nose and trying to breathe through it for 10 seconds.

      Weird* Reality Signs:

      Dream Signs:
      -
      -
      -

Supernatural Things I've done in my Dreams
      -Spawning mobs, warthogs, air balloons.
-Bioshock Elemental powers, firing flares from my hand to shoot down hot air balloons.
      -Review required.
-Had 6 dreams inside a dream.
      -Flown around

      Short-Term Goals:
-Improve the quality of my Meditation and extend it beyond 10 minutes. Meditation greatly improves ones dream awareness it seems.
-Consistently write in my Dream Journal and note down the times!
-Be getting 3 Lucid dreams a week by the end of February.
-Develop Greater dream control and better understanding of what LDs are.
-Setup LD routines, and implement regular Dream-Reviewing perhaps SRS?

      Long-Term Goals:
-Be having one lucid dream a day through advanced techniques such as ADA and indie-techniques.
      -
      -

      Lucid/Dream Recall History:
-I have had many periods of LDing but never been part of a community. I have had about 2 months of Active-LD experience(Journaling each day) over the past 3 years.
I've had around 16 Lucid Dreams over my lifetime and about 30 Dream Journal Entries

      Current Technique:
DILD. -> Intend on getting hourly notifications running on my phone. I can most likely use Tasker!
Eating Cheese and Milk before bedtime really helps with vividness and has been quite successful in the past.

      Natural Wake/Bed Times:
Before 11 PM and 8 AM wake up.

Hello ShadowWisp, welcome to intro class!

I love your dream goal of visiting Japan! Is there any particular place you like to visit there first?

Have a great time here and don't hesitate to ask if you have any questions.
Only the ladder is real. The climb is all there is.
