Hey! I'm Rosetoast and I am just so fascinated by the concept of lucid dreaming. I spent hours reading as much as I could and have managed to become lucid in some of my dreams. I came across this site and thought I should give it a go.
Reality Checks:
- Really question myself if I'm dreaming. Ask myself where am I, what am I doing and retrace what I've been doing the past day. Is anything out of the ordinary?
- Try to jump up and float, I often find in my non-lucidity that I'm usually floating
- Pinch nose and see if I can still breathe
- Check the time on my phone
Dream Signs:
- I've had a number of dreams where I'm back at my home country
Short-Term Goals:
- Record any dreams I have every night consistently, without fail for the next 2 weeks
- Once I manage to become lucid, be able to hold the lucidity for at least one minute
Long-Term Goals:
- Better dream recall
- More vivid, longer and clear dreams
Lucid/Dream Recall History:
- My dream recall is good, I remember at least one dream every night
