Hey! I'm Rosetoast and I am just so fascinated by the concept of lucid dreaming. I spent hours reading as much as I could and have managed to become lucid in some of my dreams. I came across this site and thought I should give it a go. |

I had a lucid dream last night! I stabilised the dream by feeling the textures of everything around me, looking at my hands, looking at all the details. I felt that the dream was very realistic and I felt very aware in the moment but when I woke up, I realise it actually wasn't that realistic and I didn't feel aware. |

Hello Rosetoast and welcome to Intro class! |

Only the ladder is real. The climb is all there is.
Thanks NyxCC! I have been practicing ADA and it has slightly improved the vividness of my dreams, I feel like I'm making progress. |

I feel very bad for not posting in this for a while, I gotta update! So I have had a couple of more lucid dreams and I find I'm not putting any effort into my dream stabilisation. I often just rush into it to get it over with and then proceed, leading to foggy dreams. |

Welcome back rosetoast and congrats on the lds! |

Thanks NyxCC! Recently I discovered Sivasons dream yoga lessons and I can see how it can be really beneficial to lucid dreaming. I have decided to incorporate his lessons into my all day awareness practices and see if this will help me. |

Sivason's yoga class is indeed very good, I highly recommend it. As you said, the exercises can nicely be incorporated in one's day routine. |

I finally got a lucid dream!! Wow, I think I just went through a dry spell, I don't know why I went this long without having one, almost a month! But I think this was probably the most vivid lucid dream I have ever had. I was in my room and I just knew I was dreaming. Nothing weird was going on, I just somehow knew I was dreaming. I stabilised the dream and put on my dream glasses, everything became more clear and went on to do my lucid tasks. |
|
That's awesome! Congrats! |
