so i have two methods pretty much #1 is the DILD you know rc every hour i have a watch that beeps every hour and listen to a isochronic tone before i go to sleep to clear my mind and then do a mantra #2 drink some water before bed and wake up in the night go to the bathroom come back to bed and read my dream journal then go to sleep with a mantra. |

I agree with ninja. I also think compiling a list of dream signs and contemplating them every night before falling asleep helps too (at least it does for me). It seems 'fear' is my #1 dream sign...anything that causes fear for me instantly makes me ask the question, "Am I dreaming?" And sure enough, I go lucid. Good luck! |

Wait... what? Why are you RCing every hour? That will make it seem as an habit and then the RC will have higher chances of failing. I generally recomend doing the RC only to DSings so you think it throughly, or to do it at random intervals of time, that way when you do it in a dream, it will really come with the questioning of whether or not you are in a dream. |
