      Newbie here

      yes i am a newbie, i was introduced to this area yesterday, i havn't remembered a dream in a year probably, but when i first tried your techniques, i suddenly had 3-4 dreams , this is amazing and i hope to experience a lucid dream sometime soon, though i dont expect it, does anybody know how to induce a lucid dream quick and easy? if not then ill just take it slow

      Well unfortunately there is no sure quick and easy way to induce lucid dreaming. Each person is different, some might find WILD easier while others prefer DILD.
      I suggest you start with DILD since it requires a lot less effort than other techniques. Although you should dabble in all techniques to find your niche ^^

      In my opinion MILD is better than DILD (opinion)
