      WILD Imagery

Hi I am trying to do the wild technique but every time I get to the stage were you start seeing things I get creeped out. Like there is this Redish thing trying to grab me. I was wondering what do you guys do to past this stage because right now it's the only road block. Thanks

P.S Is better to open your eyes while doing this or close. Thanks

      Hey man...
Close your eyes and simply watch the HI...
eventually it will dissapear and your dream scenario will form around you...
I kinda envy you...I've tried it many times and not able to get anywhere near HI or SP...only once did I nearly DEILD>.<

The idea is to remain in a constant state of departure while always arriving..

I wouldn't envy much considering you have 13 lucid dreams to my zero. I try and past the HI but it's like they try to grab me, I fight it off and then am wake.

      Well...
I'd suggest you watch it,don't resist it...
From what I know, you should never control HI...
Just watch it...after all,it can't do anything to you...
Just get through it till SP comes...

Yea, definitely keep your eyes closed. I don't have a whole lot of luck with WILDs myself, but the few times I have had them were pretty sweet...When I first started learning them, someone told me that you just relax and enjoy the imagery and go along with it, while passively keeping yourself conscious enough to make sure your mind doesn't go to bed. I think the specific thing they told me was to do some really simple mental math...like 2+2. haaha.

Maybe for a few days, or a few times for that matter...Just get used to sitting through the imagery without even attempting to lucid? Just my two cents...again, not my strong point =s good luck!
