      Recall Question

My recall seems completely shot lately. I can remember dreaming something vivid, but by the time, I open my eyes, it's a haze. My recall seems to be going and going instead of getting stronger. Any techniques to increasing my ability?

When you first get up (in the morning, in the middle of the night...), recall as much as you can without moving that much or opening your eyes. Have a sheet of paper and a pen at your beside, and just reach your arm over, still not moving any other part of your body, to write the dream down.

That method helps me recall dreams without becoming distracted and forgetful because I don't have to get up and find something to record the dreams with.
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.
