      Question about Dream Incubation

      I've seen the term dream incubation around the site and I was wondering what the term means?

      To incubate is to visualise. It is used commonly with the MILD technique, where you visualise a dream you wish to have, including reality checks and how you feel afterwards. To incubate means to do this visualisation several times daily and before sleep. Try using at least 3 senses when you incubate.
